The Good Sauna is located alongside Treehouse Hotel Manchester and The Pollen Club, together forming one of Manchester’s most distinctive outdoor wellness and lifestyle destinations.

Here, you’re invited to slow down and reconnect through an authentic Finnish wood-fired sauna and cold-plunge experience, set within a modern, design-led space. Alongside one of Manchester’s best padel venues, the site brings movement, recovery, and community together in one place.

Located on the corner of Deansgate and Blackfriars Street, we offer traditional saunas, multi-temperature cold plunges, warm showers, and calm, community-focused spaces to rest and connect.

We’re open from 4pm–8pm on weekdays and 12pm–6pm on weekends. Expect city views and plenty of space to unwind before or after your session.

Access to the site is via the reception at Treehouse Hotel on Blackfriars Street. The entrance is clearly signposted through the doors in the hotel reception, with The Good Sauna easy to find once inside.
