The Good Sauna is located at Club de Padel and together will form Manchester’s most premium outdoor wellness and lifestyle destination. Offering an authentic Finnish sauna and cold plunge experience, alongside Manchester's first dedicated Padel Venue, all within a modern setting. 

Located in the New Jackson district of the city, we invite guests to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect through a combination of traditional saunas, cold plunges, and community-focused relaxation.

Open from 4pm - 8pm, or 12pm - 6pm on weekends, the site offers panoramic city views, quality coffee, and ample space to unwind. Conveniently located near main transport links (Deansgate tram stop) and just a short walk from the city centre, The Good Sauna and Club De Padel, can be found via our entrance on Owen Street, with The Good Sauna being clearly signposted and our check in desk located to the right of the Club de Padel cabin.
